Angelo’s Footprint Book is being prepared with great care. In time, this page will become a place where visitors can walk slowly through his journey — the memories that shaped him, the words that sounded like him, the photographs that hold his smile, and the quiet, lasting footprint he left on the people and the wild places he loved.
It will hold the ordinary days as well as the remarkable ones: the early mornings in the field, the animals he carried through their worst hours, the laughter of the people who knew him best, and the small kindnesses that no one thought to write down at the time — but that no one has forgotten either.
A footprint is not an ending. It is proof that someone walked here, and that the ground remembers.
